Target Student

JDC West seeks to assemble dynamic, critical-thinking, and highly-developed leaders within Business schools across Western Canada. The competition provides these students with an opportunity to compete against each other in all facets of business. Although a strong academic background is a necessity, Alberta JDC West seeks those students who have a dynamic skill set with competitions in debate, athletics and social competitions in addition to the academic cases.

Membership with Alberta JDC West offers an opportunity for students to improve critical thinking skills, public speaking prowess, presentation preparation, networking skills, as well as the opportunity to further educate students about the power of teamwork. Thus, Alberta JDC West seeks to recruit and develop well-rounded, enthusiastic business students.
